We were the first to challenge traditional methods of filing letter- and legal-sized documents. Our engineers recognized that when using standard 9½” hanging folders in a standard 12'-high drawer, vertical space was wasted. Our research found that a 10½” -high drawer would work equally well — while saving 1½” of vertical space for every drawer used in the cabinet.
